Jeremiah Marks
President
Jeremiah Marks is a co-founder of RADAR Nonprofit Solutions. He has spent years helping nonprofits succeed and has shared his insights at conferences, training programs, and universities across the United States. A certified public accountant with an M.B.A. from the University of Washington, he brings both financial expertise and strategic vision to his work. When he’s not helping organizations thrive, you can find Jeremiah enjoying the Appalachian Mountains or relaxing along the Gulf.
Brian Ramos
Vice President & CFO
Brian is a co-founder of RADAR Nonprofit Solutions. Brian has over a decade of experience throughout the Arts and Nonprofit sectors. His specialties are Power BI, Excel modeling, problem solving, data analysis, and thinking outside of the box. He holds an MBA in Arts Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In his free time, Brian enjoys CrossFit, Dungeons & Dragons, and loves reading Brandon Sanderson's Cosmere novels.
Martha Harrison
VP of Client Services
Martha has delivered a full range of non-profit accounting services for more than fifteen years. A CPA and MBA, Martha served in the CFO role for two Philadelphia non-profit organizations. She is an expert in helping organizations build financial infrastructure for stability and growth. Martha is often viewed as a trusted advisor, not just the numbers person. Outside of work, Martha competes with her dogs in the sports of dock diving and flyball.
Marie Smith
Accounting Director
Marie is obsessed with digging into the stories that can be told through the numbers reflected on financial statements. She has served the nonprofit community for over 20 years working in the accounting departments of companies in the medical, international community development, and arts fields. Marie enjoys exploring processes to help identify ways to improve workflow and accuracy.
When not hard at work crunching numbers, she enjoys scuba diving, riding her motorcycle, and the challenge of competitive billiards.
Roni Plousis
Accounting Director
Working in the world of tax-exempt organizations is Roni's passion. She comes to RADAR with over thirty years of experience in all areas of tax-exempt and nonprofit finance, most recently, as the CFO of the largest community music school in the nation. She is a CPA with a BS in Business Administration, but her commitment to nonprofits reaches far beyond her professional life. Roni has been volunteering and serving on nonprofit boards for over 30 years, including Drum Corps International, Dress for Success, and the YMCA. Roni also enjoys traveling, gardening and spending as much time as possible with her children and their families.
Meggie Eltz
Director of Operations
Meggie is an expert in logistics and project management, with over 10 years of experience in performing arts management. She spent 6 years in freelance stage management, followed by 7 years in production management, in dance, theatre, and opera. Meggie’s love for the arts stretches far beyond live performance, and in her free time, she enjoys attending music festivals, charcoal drawing, and pottery.
Christine Lee Ryder
Accounting Director
Christine had been providing non-profit finance and philanthropic services for more than fifteen years. She holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Baltimore. Having served as CFO and COO she brings tactical and strategic insight to the teams she supports and collaborates with, providing direction and guidance to ensure infrastructure controls, technology and scaling for growth are successfully managed. In her free time, she volunteers at a local food bank and her favorite places to relax are the mountains and ocean.
