Benea Godfrey
Benea has an accounting degree and over 15 years of accounting experience as a staff accountant, AP specialist, bookkeeper, and treasurer. She strives to make the accounts payable process as smooth and efficient as possible for her clients. To compliment her accounting experience, she has gained invaluable skills through volunteering and leadership positions in multiple nonprofit organizations. Benea enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering to help organizations thrive.

Bethany Sellers
Bethany has over a decade of experience in business operations including HR, administration, IT, event management, and volunteer programs. She has spent her career building skills in many varied roles with a focus on efficiency, process improvement, and problem-solving. A lifelong learner, Bethany is always looking for new opportunities to grow. She is a SHRM certified professional.

Brian Ramos
Brian is a co-founder of RADAR Nonprofit Solutions. Brian has over a decade of experience throughout the Arts and Nonprofit sectors. His specialties are Power BI, Excel modeling, problem solving, data analysis, and thinking outside of the box. He holds an MBA in Arts Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Cynthia Lynch
Cynthia has a degree in Accounting with a minor in French and an MBA. She has experience as a Senior Account for several Philadelphia-area companies, and she has recently specialized in payroll processing and reporting and non-profit accounting. She strives to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys learning new things, museums, and music.

Daniel Marulanda
Daniel is a knowledgeable payroll professional with over 7 years experience in processing multistate weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls. He is adept at overseeing payroll, documentation, and reporting functions. He focuses on training, mentoring, and building good relationships with team members to maximize productivity, reduce errors, and increase satisfaction. Daniel is committed to providing excellent customer service to all clients.

Diane Buchda
Diane has newly joined the Radar team and brings several decades of experience including small business management, team leadership, event planning and training. She earned her degree in Human Services and Management. She has been Team Leader for multiple offices in tax preparation and small business services for the past six years. Diane loves to help people and organizations reach their potential. She has spent her life enjoying and volunteering in arts and culture opportunities, which has helped her to gain inner reflection, outward expression, and appreciation for life.

Jeremiah Marks
Jeremiah is a co-founder of RADAR Nonprofit Solutions. A veteran in the nonprofit industry, Jeremiah has presented around the United States at conferences, training programs, and universities. He is a certified public accountant and has an M.B.A from the University of Washington.

Keisha Holman
Keisha has over 10 years of experience processing payroll for various clients. She is very hands on with each process she owns and wants to build strong relationships with all people she services. She loves digging in and finding positive solutions for all involved. Outside of work, she enjoys riding through the Smokies and camping.

Lindsey O'Connor
Lindsey earned a master’s degree in Drama and Theatre Arts at the National University of Ireland, Galway, before returning to her hometown of Seattle in 2008. She worked in various capacities, both creatively and administratively, for a wide variety of Seattle-area arts and nonprofit organizations before she landed at Seattle Opera in 2014, where she handled increasing responsibilities in accounting and regulatory compliance for eight years. In 2019 she was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant. In her free time, she enjoys creative writing and competing in triathlons.

Martha Harrison
Martha has delivered a full range of non-profit accounting services for more than fifteen years. A CPA and MBA, Martha served in the CFO role for two Philadelphia non-profit organizations. She is an expert in helping organizations build financial infrastructure for stability and growth. Martha is often viewed as a trusted advisor, not just the numbers person. Outside of work, Martha competes with her dogs in the sports of dock diving and flyball.

Meggie Eltz
Meggie is an expert in logistics and project management, with over 10 years of experience in performing arts management. She spent 6 years in freelance stage management, followed by 7 years in production management, in dance, theatre, and opera. Meggie’s love for the arts stretches far beyond live performance, and in her free time, she enjoys attending music festivals, charcoal drawing, and pottery.

Rachel Hill
Rachel does Accounts Payable at RADAR for multiple organizations and enjoys learning new things about each client she serves. With a 10+ year background in customer service, Rachel is well equipped to handle any need that arises, and she strives to be as transparent as possible when communicating to clients. Her education from Shippensburg University has helped her to coach many team members throughout her career as well as to develop new and innovative processes and procedures.
